The OPZS and MSP being dedicated solar battery – off grid battery cells and the EPZS/IPZS/HPZS/PZS-ET being originally designed for forklift battery use, which have become renowned for their suitability in off grid battery and solar battery applications. You will often hear of these cell giving years of trouble free service even in used condition.
We also stock a wide range of fully automatic Forklift Battery Chargers which are ideal for use in solar – renewable applications where a mains voltage supply charger is required. These Italian chargers can be shipped directly into Spain, Portugal or France.

We offer a tracked, reasonably priced, and a very efficient delivery service. Please supply full address and post code to obtain a price. These addresses must have reasonable access for a standard delivery wagon, if this is not possible it would help if an alternative address can be supplied. The OPZS is probably the best know Wet/flooded solar-off grid-standby 2 volt battery cell, on the market. The clear plastic cell body enables electrolyte/acid levels to be visually checked and the increased electrolyte/acid volume, considerably reduces topping up intervals. Also the relatively weak electrolyte/acid strengths make it a good option if the cell is mainly kept at float charge levels.
We have chosen the MIDAC MSP due to their low cost in comparison to the OPZS solar battery cells. The transparent body of the cell enables a visual check on the electrolyte levels and the increased electrolyte/acid volume, considerably reduces topping up intervals. The relatively weak electrolyte/acid strengths make it a good option if the cell is mainly kept at float charge levels. These cells peak at 811ah c120 but can be connected in series/parallel to double the capacity as long as this is carried out in an approved fashion.
EPZS/IPZS DEEP CYCLE TUBULAR BATTERY CELL
The Wet/flooded IPZS, EPZS or HPZS are a range of high quality cells, built in accordance with ENn60154-1 and EN60254-2 standards with tubular positive plates which offer deep discharge, higher capacities and a longer service life.
These cells are our biggest seller by far They where originally designed for forklift battery purposes, however their suitability for use in off grid/solar applications is now widely known, giving a long service life coupled with huge savings over dedicated solar battery cells.

Forklift Battery Chargers
All our Italian built chargers are rugged, reliable and simple in design. The charge system is a traditional one working with dispersed flux power transformers. The electronic board is provided with an excellent software able to optimize the battery recharge under any circumstance. This means, the charger will shorten or extend the charge according to each situation, assuring also a minimal charge in case of sulphated batteries. At the end of the charge, the WAT model will carry out an equalization charge to regenerate elements in recharge delay or to avoid the possibility of an auto-discharge. The display consists of 5 LED’s indicating recharge status from 25 to 100% as shown below.
